    SAN JOSE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 25, 2004--NexFlash Technologies, Inc., a pioneer in Serial Flash technology, and Future Electronics, a world-class leader and innovator in the distribution and marketing of semiconductors and passive, interconnect and electro-mechanical components, today announced a worldwide distribution agreement. The agreement is the first worldwide distribution deal for NexFlash's memory products, including the flagship NexFlash spiFlash(TM) line of pin- and space-efficient Serial Flash memories with the popular Serial Peripheral Interface.

    The NexFlash spiFlash family offers a broad range of densities including 1-megabit (Mb), 2Mb, 4Mb, 8Mb, and 16Mb Serial Flash memories, and is the only Serial Flash memory line with a common SOIC footprint in densities ranging from 1Mb to 16Mb. NexFlash also plans to add 32Mb and 64Mb densities in 2005. NexFlash spiFlash memories are ideal for Serial code and data storage in a variety of controller-, DSP- and FPGA-based applications.
