SAN JOSE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 25, 2004--NexFlash
Technologies, Inc., a pioneer in Serial Flash technology, and Future
Electronics, a world-class leader and innovator in the distribution
and marketing of semiconductors and passive, interconnect and
electro-mechanical components, today announced a worldwide
distribution agreement. The agreement is the first worldwide
distribution deal for NexFlash's memory products, including the
flagship NexFlash spiFlash(TM) line of pin- and space-efficient Serial
Flash memories with the popular Serial Peripheral Interface.
